Q: How do I book?
A: Use the booking form on the website, select pickup/drop-off, date/time, vehicle, and pay securely online. You’ll get instant confirmation.
Q: Can you meet me at the airport?
A: Yes — choose the Meet & Greet add-on. The driver will wait at arrivals with a sign and track your flight for delays.
Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: We monitor flights. If delayed, we adjust pickup time at no extra cost (within policy limits). If the delay exceeds X hours, we’ll contact you with options.
Q: Are your drivers bilingual?
A: Yes, all drivers speak English and Spanish.
Q: Do you offer child seats?
A: Yes — available on request. Add them during booking (small extra fee).
Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
A: Yes — changes allowed up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Credit/debit cards via WooPayments (Stripe), and PayPal where applicable. We can also accept bank transfers for corporate bookings.
Q: Is tipping included?
A: No — tipping is optional and appreciated for excellent service.
